Thank you for your support at the book swap this afternoon.

Some Book Week creativity based on our current book Mama Miti by Donna Jo Napoli and Kadir Nelson.

Yesterday, we had a brilliant taster day at UVHS. We got to try lots of new exciting things! We cracked codes in maths, solved a mystery in history, made a key ring in technology, composed some music on the computers and conducted a science experiment!

We have come away very excited about our futures and we would like to say a huge thank you to Mr Butler and UVHS for creating such an exciting day.

A great run Leanne! 2.7km on one the muddiest courses a runner could possibly run on.

We are all incredibly proud of you!!!

Well done girls. You played well in unfavourable conditions!

We worked with the Beebots today. First we created a Bee-Bot World. Then we wrote a sequence of instructions and programmed the Beebots. Finally, we pressed go and watched what happened!

We recently sent four players to play tennis at UVHS!

With all the points added together, we understand that we have come in 1st place.

Well done Year 5 and 6 players.

Traction Man and Spy Dog

Year 1 have been busy this week so far. In English we had a special delivery- a basket of strange and unusual eggs. We have predicted what animals could have laid them. We keep wondering if they will hatch. This links to Art work where we have been learning about collage and making a collage of an egg and duck. Next week we will be designing and creating our own collages!
