As part of our science topic we have had a STEM afternoon in Year 5 with gears and pulleys!

Well done to Robyn who also came second in her individual race.

We have been drawing a story map today outside in the sunshine planning where our stories are going to take place.

Year 6 have been working very hard on becoming a drumming group ; learning different rhythms and playing together. A lot were inspired by performances they saw at Another Fine Fest this weekend so they performed for Year 4. The children were very nervous but did an amazing job! Check out our video below…

Year 3 and 5 are very excited to start their storytelling project with Dominic. We are going to learn some traditional tales to perform at the Furness Traditions festival in July.

Brilliant teamwork girls! Well done!
