Word/phoneme stickers

Some children learning phonics may come home with stickers stuck onto them upside down! This is so the child can practice reading the word or phoneme and they can see it easily. It is upside down so they can look down and glance at it repeatedly. Ask your child what does the word or phoneme say? Get them to read it over and over again. When adults in school spot a child with a sticker they ask them what the word or phoneme says. Here are some of Year 1 looking fabulous modelling their stickers! šŸŒŸ
