Today the children are applying for jobs on our campaign team.



Now we are making circuits using Circuit Scribe. It’s harder than it looks but Year 6 don’t give up easily!

Some of our children are currently being coached by two players from Barrow Raiders as well as well as our friend and former colleague Mrs Parker .
Year 5 and 6 in particular are revelling in the drills and games.
Tag Rugby is a game we have always enjoyed and excelled at in the past and we can’t wait for School Game Tag Rugby events next year. We also look forward to returning to Craven Park to watch the rugby and play at half time.

Year 2 have been exploring the properties of 3D shapes this morning in Maths. We had to make the shapes out of sticks and plasticine then we discussed how many faces, edges and vertices each shape has.

This morning we painted the nests that were inspired by Mina, one of the characters in Skellig.



Some of our Year 5 and 6 children have been competing in orienteering events in the local area.
It is a brilliant feeling being able to take part in sport again.
Our Y6 are getting a taste before heading off to Secondary School. Our Y5s are getting stuck in ready for the exciting challenges of next year.
We have several top 3 finishers and many children are completing the courses having never taken part in orienteering before. Well done!
