12 of our SJB runners were in Casterton today competing in a large X Country event.
The course was slippy and difficult to negotiate.
We have several runners heading to the National Championships in Leicester.

What a wonderful nativity performance tonight at the Methodist Church. The children put on a fantastic show and looked like they were having a great time. Year 2 had clearly worked really hard to learn their lines and act out all the parts while Year 1, Reception and Nursery joined in with lots of singing and dancing. What a great way to finish the term and celebrate Christmas together. Well done children and a big thank you to all the staff who made it happen.

Key Stage 2 performed brilliantly at the Parish Church on Tuesday night. We all really enjoyed the event. Well done to everyone involved.
Well done to our athletic teams. We have been told that Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 won the recent events at Furness College.
This is a brilliant achievement and they should know how proud we are of them.
Ice got in the way of our Santa Dash today but we managed to enjoy the crisp air and the beautiful sunshine.
