James and Norman Beech were in school yesterday telling the children all about The Race Around Ireland.

They cycled 1308 miles together and they focussed particularly on the support they had from family and friends and what they had to do to cycle this distance in 4 and half days.

The Beech Boys are our second sport visitors this year. Thank you very much to both for coming in to speak with us!

We have an athlete in tomorrow to speak to the whole school and our athletics team are in action in Barrow.
