Year 2 had the chance to try lots of different fruits this week in DT from Mr Grinling’s packed lunch box!

Year 5 have been busy developing stories in class. Ian has visited us twice and he will be returning next week. We hope you can get a flavour of what is happening in class from the photos.

We continued our work on light today and experimented with how mirrors reflect light.

Year 2 have been painting their clay fish this afternoon!

We have been drawing volcanos. We experimented with sketching lightly and using shading to show light and shadow.

Year 3 used their senses to explore the wildlife area. They collected ideas to use in their poems about the ‘outside’.

Year 3 demonstrated today how light travels in straight lines.
