A visit from a radiographer

This week the Reception Class have been learning about skeletons as part of our Halloween celebrations. We had a visit from Helen O’Neill, who works as a radiographer. She showed us X-ray pictures of bones and also X-rays of household items such as a kettle and a camera. We couldn’t believe that the human body has so many bones! Then we went away to drink lots of milk to keep our bones strong.
